Brandy could be charged in car crash death
R&B singer Brandy could be charged with misdemeanor manslaughter if the DA follows the police recommendation. A woman died after Brandy hit her car from behind when traffic slowed down on the highway. The charge carries a max sentence of $1,000 fine and a year in jail. Read about it here.
